Walking
If you are at the Genoa Brignole Train Station, exit the station and head southwest on Via Domenico Chiodo. After about 500 meters, turn right onto Via XX Settembre and walk until you reach Piazza De Ferrari. From there, continue straight onto Via Roma, then take a left onto Via di Porta Soprana. Casa di Cristoforo Colombo will be on your right.

From Piazza De Ferrari, you can take bus number 18 or 20 towards Via di Porta Soprana. The bus stop is located near the fountain in the piazza. Get off at the 'Porta Soprana' stop, which is just a short walk from Casa di Cristoforo Colombo. Just head back along the street (Via di Porta Soprana) and you will see the entrance on your left.

Take the Metro Line 1 from any station towards 'Brin' and get off at 'De Ferrari' station. Exit the station and follow signs to Piazza De Ferrari. From there, walk towards Via Roma, then take a left onto Via di Porta Soprana. Casa di Cristoforo Colombo will be located on your right side.
