If you are near the De Ferrari Metro Station, take Line 1 (the red line) towards Brin. After 2 stops, get off at the San Giorgio station. From San Giorgio, exit the station and head towards the Via Garibaldi. Walk straight until you reach the end of the street, and then turn left onto Via della Mercanzia. Continue walking until you see Vico del Campanile delle Vigne on your right, where Santa Maria delle Vigne is located.

If you are at Piazza De Ferrari, walk towards the Via XX Settembre, then take a right onto Via San Lorenzo. Continue walking straight until you reach the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. From there, take a left onto Via di Porta Soprana, and then right onto Vico del Campanile delle Vigne. Santa Maria delle Vigne will be on your right.

You can take bus number 36 from the Brignole train station. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop called 'Piazza San Lorenzo.' From there, head towards Via di Porta Soprana and turn right onto Vico del Campanile delle Vigne. Santa Maria delle Vigne will be located on your right.

If you're near the tram stop at Principe, take Tram Line 1 towards Brin. After a few stops, get off at the 'Darsena' stop. From there, walk straight towards Via Garibaldi, then turn left onto Via della Mercanzia. Continue walking until you reach Vico del Campanile delle Vigne, where you will find Santa Maria delle Vigne.
