If you are starting from Genoa's main train station, Stazione di Genova Piazza Principe, exit the station and head towards Via Balbi. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Via Garibaldi. Turn left onto Via Garibaldi and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will come to a large square called Piazza della Vittoria. From there, follow the signs to the Porto Antico area. You will see a large waterfront area; continue walking towards the water until you reach Calata Cattaneo, where Bigo is located.

From the main train station, catch bus number 1 or 35 from the nearby bus stop. Both buses will take you towards the Porto Antico area. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Caricamento'.
