From Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, head towards Via dell'Anfiteatro, continuing straight until you reach Via Fillungo. Turn right and walk along Via Fillungo for about 400 meters, then turn left onto Via Santa Giustina. The Orsetti Palace will be at number 17 on your left. Walking within Lucca's walls is generally easy and preferred.

From the main bus station at Piazzale Verdi, walk east along Via Cesare Battisti, turn left onto Via Fillungo, then turn right onto Via Santa Giustina. The palace will be on your left. Taxis are available at designated stands, including Lucca Centrale train station, Piazza Napoleone, and Piazza dell'Anfiteatro.
