From Milano Centrale train station, purchase a ticket to Pavia. Trains to Pavia run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. Once on board, the journey takes around 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Pavia train station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Via Fratelli Rosselli).

From Pavia train station, turn left onto Via Fratelli Rosselli and walk straight. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Corso Garibaldi. Turn right onto Corso Garibaldi and follow it until you reach Piazza della Vittoria. Here, take a left onto Via Cavour, which will lead you directly to Piazza del Duomo where the Cathedral of Pavia is located.
