From Teatro alla Scala, walk straight along Via Santa Margherita, then turn right onto Piazza del Duomo. No costs are involved.

The Duomo M1 and M3 Metro stop is directly on Piazza del Duomo, a few steps from the bookstore entrance. Take either the Red Line (M1) or the Yellow Line (M3) to the Duomo stop. Tram lines 1, 2, 3, 12, 14, 15, 16, 19, 24, and 27 also stop at Piazza del Duomo. A single 90-minute ticket costs €2.20.
