Driving
From the A1 Roma-Napoli highway, exit at Ceprano. Follow the signs towards Pastena. From Pastena, take the road to Castro dei Volsci for 4.5 km, then turn right onto a small road to the cave entrance, which is signposted. Parking is available near the cave entrance. Be aware that the road leading to the caves involves driving through remote areas in the countryside. Parking is free.

Public Transport
From Rome, take a train to Castro-Pofi-Vallecorsa. From there, it's best to take a taxi or local bus to Pastena and then follow the driving directions to the caves. Train tickets from Rome to Castro-Pofi-Vallecorsa typically cost €7-€19. A taxi from Castro-Pofi-Vallecorsa to the caves will cost approximately €20-€30.
