Walking
Start at the main square, Piazza Grande. From there, head southeast on Via di Gracciano nel Corso. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via della Libertà. Turn left onto Via della Libertà and walk for another 200 meters. You will see a small sign for Santa Lucia. Continue straight for an additional 100 meters until you reach Piazza di Santa Lucia. The church will be on your right at Piazza di Santa Lucia, 4.

If you're starting from the Montepulciano train station, exit the station and head southwest along Via della Stazione. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the main entrance to Montepulciano. Walk up the hill on Via di Gracciano nel Corso for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Piazza Grande. From there, follow the directions from Piazza Grande to Santa Lucia as described above.
