Walking
If you are starting from the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa, head east toward the Piazza dei Miracoli exit. From the tower, walk straight along Via Santa Maria. Continue on this road for about 10 minutes until you reach the end of the street, where it intersects with Via Riccardo Zandonai. Turn left onto Via Riccardo Zandonai and continue straight until you reach the small roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via di Porta a Lucca. After a short walk, turn right onto Via Sant'Apollonia, which will lead you directly to Piazza Santo Sepolcro. The church will be on your right after a few minutes.

To reach Santo Sepolcro by bus, head to the nearest bus stop from your location. If you're near the Leaning Tower, walk to the bus stop at Via Santa Maria. Take bus number 4 or 14 towards 'Pisa - Stazione' and get off at 'Piazza Sant'Antonio'. From there, walk along Via Sant'Antonio until you reach the intersection with Via Sant'Apollonia. Turn left onto Via Sant'Apollonia, and you will find Piazza Santo Sepolcro just a short walk ahead on your right.

Turn left onto Via Santa Maria, and follow the street until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the exit onto Via di Porta a Lucca. After a few minutes, turn right onto Via Sant'Apollonia, and you’ll soon arrive at Piazza Santo Sepolcro, where the church is located.
