Walking
From the center of Pompeii, head east on Via Roma towards Piazza Bartolo Longo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Plinio. Turn left onto Via Plinio and walk for about 10 minutes. You will pass the Pompei Scavi station on your right. Keep walking until you reach the end of the street, and you will find yourself at the entrance of Pompeii's archaeological site. Once inside, follow the signs towards the main exit. After exiting, turn left onto Via Giuseppe Mazzini, which leads to the bus stop for Sita buses. Take a Sita bus towards Amalfi. Get off at the Atrani stop, which is a short walk from the beach and the town center.
Public Transport (Bus)
Start at the Pompeii Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station. Exit the station and walk to the bus stop located just outside the station. Look for the Sita bus that heads towards Amalfi. Purchase a ticket from the kiosk or from the bus driver. The journey to Atrani takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Atrani stop, you can walk to the central area of Atrani. Follow the signs towards the beach, and you will find yourself in the charming town.
