Walking
If you are in the center of Pompeii, start at the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance on Viale Giuseppe Mazzini. From there, head north on Viale Giuseppe Mazzini towards Via Plinio. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Bartolo Longo, where you will see the church of Pompei. From the church, turn left onto Via Roma and walk straight until you reach the junction with Via Cavour. Turn right onto Via Cavour and continue walking until you reach the train station 'Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri'. Take a train towards Avellino and get off at the 'Taurasi' station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs towards C.da Piano d'Angelo. The Cantina Sella delle Spine is located about a 15-minute walk from the station, so head east on the main road until you see the cantina on your left.

Bus
From the Pompeii Archaeological Park, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Giuseppe Mazzini. Take the bus number 9 towards Avellino. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Taurasi stop. Once you get off the bus, walk approximately 10 minutes east along the main road, following the signs towards C.da Piano d'Angelo. The Cantina Sella delle Spine will be on your left.
