Walking
From the Pompeii archaeological site, exit the gates and head towards the Pompeii train station. Once at the station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Naples. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Napoli Garibaldi station, follow the signs to the Metro Line 1. Take the Metro Line 1 towards Piscinola and get off at the Toledo station. From Toledo station, exit and walk towards Via Roma. Continue walking straight until you reach Vico S. Anna di Palazzo, which will be on your right.

Bus
Head to the local bus stop outside the Pompeii archaeological site. Look for the EAV bus line towards Naples. The bus ride will take about 50 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Piazza Garibaldi'. From there, walk to Napoli Garibaldi train station and follow the signs to the Metro Line 1. Board the Metro Line 1 towards Piscinola and disembark at the Toledo station. Exit the station and walk down Via Roma until you reach Vico S. Anna di Palazzo.
