If you are starting from the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance, head east on Via Plinio until you reach the intersection with Via Villa dei Misteri. Turn left onto Via Villa dei Misteri and continue walking for about 800 meters until you reach the train station 'Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri'. From there, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at Castellammare di Stabia station. Once you arrive, exit the station and turn right onto Via Roma. Walk straight for about 400 meters, then turn left onto Piazza Giorgio Amendola. The Stabian Spa will be on your left at number 5.

From the main bus stop in Pompeii, find the bus service (EAV bus) that goes to Castellammare di Stabia. You can check the bus schedules at the stop. After boarding the bus, stay on for about 20 minutes. The bus will take you directly to Castellammare di Stabia, and you will need to get off at the stop closest to Piazza Giorgio Amendola.
