Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, head towards Martina Franca from your starting location in Puglia. Use the A14 motorway if you're coming from the north (e.g., Bari) or the SS172 if you're coming from the south (e.g., Taranto). Once in Martina Franca, follow signs to the city center. The Palace of Università is located at Piazza Plebiscito, 20, 74015 Martina Franca TA. There is limited street parking available, so be prepared to park a few blocks away and walk to the palace.

• Train

  Take a train to Martina Franca from major cities such as Bari or Taranto. Trenitalia operates regular services on this route. Once you arrive at the Martina Franca train station, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) or take a local bus. If walking, head southeast on Via Taranto, continue straight until you reach Via Roma, then turn left. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Plebiscito where the Palace of Università is located.

• Bus

  Use the local bus services that connect various towns in Puglia to Martina Franca. Check the schedule from your starting point to ensure you catch a bus that arrives in Martina Franca. Once you arrive at the bus station, it's a short 10-minute walk to Piazza Plebiscito. Head north on Via Dott. V. F. Giannini, then turn right onto Via Roma, continuing until you reach the square.

• Taxi

  For a more convenient option, you can take a taxi directly to the Palace of Università. Taxis are available at train stations and major bus stops in Puglia. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. The taxi ride from Martina Franca train station to the palace will take about 5 minutes, and the cost should be around 10-15 euros depending on traffic.
