If you're driving from a central location in Romagna, such as Bologna, take the A1 motorway towards Florence. After about 40 km, take the exit for A11 towards Pisa Nord. Continue on the A11 for approximately 50 km until you reach the exit for Pistoia. Follow signs for SR66 towards San Marcello Piteglio. After about 20 km on SR66, you will reach San Marcello Piteglio. From the town center, follow Via Anghiari for about 3 km, where you will see signs for Ponte Sospeso. There is free parking available near the bridge.
