Start at the main piazza of San Gimignano, Piazza della Cisterna. From there, head towards Via San Giovanni, which is the main street leading out of the piazza. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Madonna. Turn left onto Via della Madonna and follow it until you reach the end of the street. At the end, turn right onto Via delle Fonti. Follow this road as it curves and leads you out of the town walls. After exiting, continue straight ahead along the country road for about 5 kilometers. You will pass through beautiful Tuscan landscapes. Keep an eye out for local signage that might direct you to Le Cinciole. The winery is located on Via Case Sparse (Panzano), 83. Look for the entrance on the left side of the road.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in San Gimignano. Start at the main piazza, Piazza della Cisterna, and head towards Via San Giovanni. Continue on Via della Madonna and follow the same route as walking. The bike ride will take you approximately 15-20 minutes depending on your speed. Keep in mind that the route may have some inclines, so be prepared for a bit of effort. Once you reach the area of Panzano, look for signs directing you to Le Cinciole, which is located on Via Case Sparse (Panzano), 83.

To reach Le Cinciole using public transportation, you can take a bus from San Gimignano to Panzano. Start at the main bus station located near the Porta San Giovanni. Look for the bus line that goes towards Panzano. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Panzano, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach Le Cinciole. From the bus stop, head down Via Case Sparse. The winery is located at number 83, so keep an eye out for the signage along the way.
