From the main square of San Gimignano, Piazza della Cisterna, head southeast toward Via San Giovanni. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Vecchia. Turn left onto Via Vecchia and follow the road as it winds through the countryside. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the bus stop for Greve in Chianti. There, you can catch a bus that goes to Greve in Chianti. Make sure to check the bus schedule.

Once you are on the bus headed to Greve in Chianti, enjoy the scenic ride which will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop closest to Vignamaggio, which is the 'Greve in Chianti' stop. From the bus stop, walk east along Via Giacomo Matteotti for about 200 meters until you reach the junction with Via Petriolo. Turn left onto Via Petriolo and continue straight for about 500 meters until you see Vignamaggio on your right at Via Petriolo, 5.
