From Siena's main bus station (Piazza Gramsci), take the SITA bus direction Castellina in Chianti. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop for 'Castellina in Chianti'. Once you exit the bus, walk in the direction of the main road, Via Roma. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork onto Località Sant'Agnese. Continue for about 1 kilometer until you see Tenuta Casanova on your right.

The walk is approximately 7 kilometers and will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow Via Fiorentina, and once you reach Castellina, continue on Località Sant'Agnese for about 1 kilometer until you reach the winery.
