From the center of Siena (Piazza del Campo), head towards Via Banchi di Sopra and continue until you reach the Siena Cathedral (Duomo di Siena). From the cathedral, follow the signs to the bus station (Stazione dei Bus). Once at the bus station, take bus number 131 towards Florence. The bus will take you directly to Florence. After arriving at the bus terminal in Florence, walk to the nearby bus stop at 'Piazza della Libertà' and catch bus number 36 towards 'Piazzale del Poggio Imperiale'. Get off at the stop 'Poggio Imperiale'. The Villa del Poggio Imperiale is a short walk from the bus stop.

Start at Siena's main train station, Siena Stazione. Take a train to Florence (Firenze Santa Maria Novella). Upon arrival, exit the train station and walk to the nearby tram station. Catch tram T2 towards 'Firenze Peretola' and get off at the stop 'Piazza della Libertà'. From there, transfer to bus number 36 towards 'Piazzale del Poggio Imperiale' and disembark at 'Poggio Imperiale' stop. The villa will be just a short walk from there.
