Getting There

Walking
From the center of Sorrento, head towards Piazza Tasso, the main square. Once you reach Piazza Tasso, look for the signs pointing towards the train station (Stazione Ferroviaria). Walk straight through the square, and take the main road downhill (Via San Francesco) towards the train station. Once you reach the station, purchase a ticket for the Circumvesuviana train heading to Naples. The train journey takes approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival at Naples Garibaldi Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the Metro Line 1. Take the Metro towards Piscinola and get off at the Toledo station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Piazza del Plebiscito. Exit the station and walk towards Via Toledo, then continue straight until you reach the square.
