If you're near the city center, take Tram Line 4 or 15 from any of the central stops. For example, if you're at Porta Nuova train station, walk to the Tram stop (located just outside the station) and board Tram 15 towards 'Borgo Vittoria'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Vittorio Emanuele'. From there, walk straight along Via Vittorio Emanuele II for about 5 minutes until you reach Piazza Castello. Continue walking straight past the castle and take a left onto Via San Domenico. The Museo della Sindone will be on your right at Via San Domenico, 28.

Public Transport - Bus
From the central area, you can take Bus Line 56 or 61. For instance, if you are at Piazza Castello, walk to the nearest bus stop and board either Bus 56 towards 'Piazza Sabotino' or Bus 61 towards 'C.so Grosseto'. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'San Domenico' stop. The museum is located just a short walk away; head straight down Via San Domenico for about 2 minutes and you will find the Museo della Sindone on your left at number 28.

If you are located in the historic center, you can walk to the Museo della Sindone. Start from Piazza Castello, which is a central landmark. From there, head south down Via Po towards the river. After a short walk, turn right onto Via San Domenico. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find the museum at Via San Domenico, 28, on your right-hand side.

Metro
While there is no direct metro line to the Museo della Sindone, you can take the metro to Porta Nuova station. From there, exit the station and head to the Tram stop outside. Take Tram Line 15 towards 'Borgo Vittoria'. After about 10 minutes, disembark at the 'Vittorio Emanuele' stop. Walk straight along Via Vittorio Emanuele II for about 5 minutes, leading you to Piazza Castello. Turn left onto Via San Domenico, and the museum will be on your right at number 28.
