Public Transport - Tram
From the city center, make your way to the Porta Nuova train station. Once there, locate the tram stop for Tram Line 10. Board the tram going towards 'Falchera' and stay on until you reach the 'Ruffini' stop. Exit the tram, and you will find yourself near the entrance of Parco Ruffini. The park is located along Viale Leonardo Bistolfi.

If you are staying in the vicinity of the Polytechnic University, you can walk to Parco Ruffini. Head west on Corso Duca degli Abruzzi until you reach Viale Leonardo Bistolfi. Turn right and continue walking straight. The park entrance will be on your left after a few minutes.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations in Turin. Head towards Corso Massimo d'Azeglio and follow it until you reach Viale Leonardo Bistolfi. Turn left on Viale Leonardo Bistolfi, and you will arrive at Parco Ruffini shortly after.
