Starting from the popular tourist area of Piazza San Marco, head towards the Calle Larga XXII Marzo. Continue down this street until you reach the Grand Canal. Take a left at the canal and walk towards the Ponte di Rialto. Cross the Rialto Bridge and continue straight on the other side. After crossing, keep heading straight until you reach the Campo San Giacomo di Rialto. From here, turn right and follow the signs towards the Strada Nova. Continue along Strada Nova until you reach the intersection with the Fondamenta dei Mori. Turn left onto Fondamenta dei Mori and walk a short distance to Casa del Tintoretto located at Fondamenta dei Mori, 3399.

If you are near a Vaporetto stop, you can take Line 1 towards 'Ferrovia'. Board at the nearest stop to your location and ride until you reach the stop named 'Rialto'. From Rialto, exit the Vaporetto and walk towards the Campo San Giacomo di Rialto. Turn right here and continue along the Strada Nova. When you reach the intersection with Fondamenta dei Mori, turn left and walk a short distance to find Casa del Tintoretto at Fondamenta dei Mori, 3399.
