Turn right and walk along the canal until you reach the Ponte delle Guglie. Cross the bridge and take the first left onto Cannareggio. Continue walking straight, and you will see Chiesa della Madonna dell'Orto on your right at Cannareggio, 3512.

From the Venice Santa Lucia train station, walk to the nearby Vaporetto stop 'Ferrovia.' Board the Vaporetto line 1 or 2 heading towards 'San Marco' or 'Lido.' Get off at the 'Guglie' stop.
