If you are near Piazza San Marco, head southeast towards the Basilica di San Marco. As you exit the square, take the first right onto Calle dei Fabbri. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street where it meets Salizada S. Moisè. Turn left, and you will find the Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Moisè at number 1390/A on your right.

Water Bus (Vaporetto)
Take the Vaporetto from any nearby stop such as San Marco or Rialto. Board the Line 1 Vaporetto in the direction of 'Giudecca' or 'Lido'. Get off at the stop 'Sant'Angelo'. From there, exit the Vaporetto and walk straight down the Calle del Campanile, then turn left onto Salizada S. Moisè. The church will be located at number 1390/A on your left.

From the Rialto Bridge, head southeast along the Calle del Sturion until you reach Campo San Bartolomeo. Continue straight through the campo, passing the statue of Carlo Goldoni, and exit onto the Calle dei Fabbri. Follow this street until you reach Salizada S. Moisè, turn right, and you will find the Chiesa Parrocchiale di San Moisè at 1390/A.
