Walking
If you are starting from St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), head southwest towards the waterfront and follow the Riva degli Schiavoni. Continue along this promenade until you reach the Ponte della Paglia bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach Campo Santa Maria Formosa. From there, turn right onto Calle de la Frezzaria and walk until you reach the intersection with Calle del Lovo. Turn left and follow this street until you reach the Vaporetto stop at San Zaccaria. Take Line 2 towards the Giudecca. Get off at the Zitelle stop. From the Vaporetto stop, walk along Fondamenta Zitelle until you reach number 33.

From the main Vaporetto station, Piazzale Roma, board Line 1 towards Lido. After several stops, disembark at the San Zaccaria stop. Transfer to Line 2 towards the Giudecca and get off at the Zitelle stop. Once you exit the Vaporetto, walk along Fondamenta Zitelle. Your destination, Le Zitelle, will be located at number 33.
