Vaporetto
To reach Le Zitelle, take the Vaporetto (water bus) from your nearest stop. If you are near the Rialto Bridge, head to the Rialto Vaporetto stop. Board line 2 towards 'Lido' or line 1 towards 'San Marco'. Stay on the Vaporetto for about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Zitelle' stop. From the Vaporetto stop, walk straight down the Fondamenta Zitelle for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Le Zitelle, located at Fondamenta Zitelle, 33.

Walking
If you are close to the San Marco area, you can walk to Le Zitelle. Start at Piazza San Marco and head south towards the Ponte della Paglia. Cross the bridge and follow the signs to the vaporetto stop at San Zaccaria. From here, you can take the Vaporetto to Zitelle. Alternatively, continue walking along the waterfront, veering left until you reach the Giudecca Canal. Follow the canal until you reach Fondamenta Zitelle, where Le Zitelle is located at number 33. The walk may take about 30-40 minutes.

If you are starting from the Accademia Bridge area, head to the nearest Vaporetto stop, 'Accademia'. Take line 1 towards 'San Marco'. Change at the 'San Marco' stop to line 2 towards 'Lido'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Zitelle' stop. Once you disembark, walk straight for about 5 minutes along Fondamenta Zitelle to reach Le Zitelle at Fondamenta Zitelle, 33.
