Walking
If you are starting from Piazza San Marco, head towards the Basilica di San Marco. From the basilica, exit onto the piazza and walk towards the Doge's Palace (Palazzo Ducale). Once you reach the Doge's Palace, look for Calle Seconda de la Fava, which is located just beside the palace. Walk down Calle Seconda de la Fava, and you will find Palazzo delle Prigioni at number 4209, just a few steps down the street.
Water Taxi
If you are near the Grand Canal, find the nearest vaporetto (water bus) stop and take line 1 or line 2 towards San Marco. Get off at the San Marco (Vallaresso) stop. From there, head towards the Doge's Palace, following the signs or the flow of tourists. Once at the Doge's Palace, turn onto Calle Seconda de la Fava, and you will reach Palazzo delle Prigioni at number 4209.
Walking
From the Rialto Bridge, walk straight down the Mercerie shopping streets towards Piazza San Marco. Once you arrive at Piazza San Marco, head towards the Doge's Palace. After visiting the palace, take Calle Seconda de la Fava next to it, and you will find Palazzo delle Prigioni at 4209.
Public Transport (Vaporetto)
If you are coming from the Santa Lucia train station, take the vaporetto line 1 towards San Marco. Get off at the San Marco (Vallaresso) stop. Exit the vaporetto and walk towards the Doge's Palace. Once there, turn onto Calle Seconda de la Fava, and you will find Palazzo delle Prigioni at 4209.
