To reach San Giorgio Maggiore Church, head to the nearest Vaporetto (water bus) stop. If you are near Piazza San Marco, walk towards the waterfront and find the Vaporetto stop named 'San Marco - Vallaresso'. Take Line 2 towards 'Lido' or Line 1 towards 'Giardini'. Get off at the 'San Giorgio' stop, which is directly in front of the church. The church is just a short walk from the Vaporetto dock.
