If you are starting from Piazza Bra, head east towards Via Giuseppe Mazzini. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Corso Porta Nuova. Turn left onto Corso Porta Nuova and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass by several shops and cafes along the way. Once you reach the roundabout, continue straight and you will see Porta Palio ahead on your right.

From the central train station, Verona Porta Nuova, take bus line 21 towards 'Ferrovia'. Get off at the 'Porta Palio' stop, which is just a short walk from the landmark. Once you disembark, walk towards Stradone Porta Palio, and you will find the historical site easily.
