Walking
If you are starting from the Pisa Central Train Station (Stazione di Pisa Centrale), exit the station and head towards Via Francesco Crispi. Walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn left onto Via Roma and walk for another 300 meters until you reach the bus stop for the LAM Rossa (Red Line) bus. Take the LAM Rossa bus towards 'Cascina' and get off at the 'Piazza del Duomo' stop. From the Duomo, head northeast on Via dei Cavalieri until you reach the main square. Continue walking straight until you see the Basilica di San Zeno Maggiore ahead, approximately 10 minutes from the bus stop.

From the Pisa Central Train Station, take Bus Number 21 towards 'Cascina'. Make sure to validate your ticket before boarding. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Piazza San Zeno' stop. Once you disembark, the Basilica di San Zeno Maggiore will be just a short 3-minute walk from the bus stop. Head northeast along the main road until you see the Basilica.
