Getting There

    From the center of Ocho Rios, head east on Main Street towards the Ocho Rios Bay. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the A3 highway. At the intersection, turn right onto the A3 highway (also known as the North Coast Highway). Follow the A3 for about 4 kilometers. As you approach Tower Isle, look for signs directing you to the Rio Nuevo Battle Site. You will see a small entrance off the highway. The site is located in a gated area, so be prepared to check in at the gate.

    From the Ocho Rios Bus Terminal, take a local bus heading towards Tower Isle or the North Coast. Buses are frequent, so you should not have to wait long. Inform the driver that you are going to the Rio Nuevo Battle Site. The bus will drop you off near the entrance to the site. From there, it’s a short walk to the entrance.
