Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from the Ocho Rios Cruise Port, exit the port area and walk along the main road (Turtle River Road). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and proceed until you see the entrance to Mahogany Beach on your right. This walk will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

• Public Bus

  From the center of Ocho Rios, head to the bus stop located near the Ocho Rios Market (just off Main Street). Look for a bus heading towards Runaway Bay or a 'Route Taxi' that can take you to Mahogany Beach. Inform the driver of your destination. The ride should take about 10 minutes. Once you arrive, walk towards the beach area where you can find the entrance.

• Taxi (Route Taxi)

  Locate a Route Taxi stop in Ocho Rios, typically found near the market or main bus terminal. Take a Route Taxi that is heading towards Runaway Bay. Tell the driver you are going to Mahogany Beach. The taxi ride will take around 10 minutes. Be prepared to share the taxi with other passengers, as is common with Route Taxis.

• Tourist Shuttle

  If you're staying at a local hotel, inquire about a shuttle service to Mahogany Beach. Many hotels in Ocho Rios offer shuttle services that can take you directly to the beach. Check the schedule and book a spot in advance. The shuttle will typically drop you off right at the entrance of Mahogany Beach.
