If you are starting from the center of Port Antonio, head east on William Street towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with East Street. Turn left onto East Street, and keep walking until you reach the bus terminal. At the bus terminal, look for a bus or route taxi heading towards Irish Town. The fare is usually around JMD 150-200. Once you board, inform the driver that you are going to Craighton Estate. The bus will take you through scenic routes until it reaches the Irish Town area. Get off at Craighton Estate, and follow the signs to the coffee tour entrance.

The ride will take about 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. When you arrive at Irish Town, ask the driver to drop you off at Craighton Estate. The entrance is well-marked. Once you get off, walk a short distance to the estate where the coffee tour begins.
