Subway
From Hakata Station, take the Kuko Line (Airport Line) towards Fukuoka Airport. Get off at the next stop, Nakasu-Kawabata Station. Then transfer to the Hakozaki Line and take the train towards Hakozaki-Kyudai-mae. Alight at the next stop, Gion Station. From Gion Station, exit and walk northwest towards the Fukuoka International Congress Center, which is about a 15-minute walk straight down the road.

From Hakata Station, head to the bus terminal located right outside the station. Look for buses heading to the Fukuoka International Congress Center. You can take bus number 5 or 12. The journey will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Fukuoka International Congress Center'. The center will be a short walk from the bus stop.

You can easily catch a taxi from any point in Fukuoka. Simply tell the driver you want to go to 'Fukuoka International Congress Center' (福岡国際会議場). The fare from Hakata Station will be around 1,000 to 1,500 yen, and the journey should take about 10 minutes depending on traffic.
