If you're driving from Hakone, start by heading north on Route 1. Continue on Route 1 for approximately 25 km until you reach the junction with Route 20. Take the ramp onto Route 20 towards Hachioji. Then, follow Route 20 for about 15 km until you see signs for Mount Takao, at which point you will take the exit for Takaosan. Public Transportation (Train)
