If you're traveling by car from central Hitachi, take Route 6 (also known as the Joban Expressway) towards Tokyo. Drive for approximately 70 kilometers until you reach the Ikebukuro area in Tokyo. Once you arrive in Ikebukuro, follow signs for the Higashi-Ikebukuro area. Use a GPS or navigation app to guide you to 1 Chome-23-5 Higashiikebukuro, Toshima City, Tokyo 170-0013. Look for parking options nearby as street parking may be limited.

To get to the Otomate Building by train, first head to Hitachi Station. From there, take the Joban Line towards Ueno. After about 1 hour, transfer at Ueno Station to the Yamanote Line (the circular line) and head towards Ikebukuro Station. Once you arrive at Ikebukuro Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the East Exit. From the East Exit, walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the Otomate Building located at 1 Chome-23-5 Higashiikebukuro, Toshima City, Tokyo 170-0013.

If you prefer to travel by bus, start at Hitachi Station and look for the bus terminal nearby. Take a highway bus bound for Ikebukuro Station. The bus ride may take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Ikebukuro Station, exit the station via the East Exit. From there, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the Otomate Building at 1 Chome-23-5 Higashiikebukuro, Toshima City, Tokyo 170-0013.
