Once at Tokyo Station, follow the signs to the Marunouchi South Exit (Marunouchi Minami-guchi). After exiting, you will find yourself in front of the Marunouchi Building and the surrounding area.

From the Marunouchi South Exit, take a right and walk towards the Imperial Palace East Gardens. You will see a large park area in front of you. Continue walking straight; you will cross a small street and enter the Kokyogaien National Gardens. Follow the path leading towards the Wadakura-mon Gate, which is located at the northern end of the gardens. It should take approximately 10-15 minutes to walk there.
