If you are traveling by car, start from Yakushima Airport. Head south on Route 77. After about 15 km, you will reach the intersection near Anbo. Turn left to stay on Route 77, which leads to Kurio. Continue for approximately 10 km. Look for signs directing you to Ōko-no-Wakimizu Spring Water. The spring is located on your right after you pass through the Kurio area. There is no entrance fee, and parking is available near the site.
