From Grouville, head west on the A31 towards St. Helier. After approximately 2 miles, take a slight left onto La Route de la Haule. Continue driving for about 1 mile until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto La Route de la Côte. Follow this road for about 1.5 miles, and you will see signs for Portelet Bay on your right. There is public parking available near the beach.
