Once you reach the roundabout at St Brelade's Bay, take the first exit to merge onto La Route de St Aubin (B36). You will see signs for St Brelade's Bay. Turn right onto the beach access road, where you will find parking facilities nearby. Note that parking may incur a fee depending on the season.
