If you are driving from the Ajloun Forest Reserve, begin by heading south on the main road that leads out of the reserve. Continue on this road for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction for As-Salt. Turn left onto the road that leads to As-Salt. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you see signs for the King Talal Dam. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating the viewpoint location. After about 2 kilometers, you will see a sign for مطل سد الملك طلال. Turn left and follow this road until you reach the viewpoint parking area.
Public Transportation
To reach the viewpoint by public transportation, first, take a local bus or taxi from Ajloun Forest Reserve to As-Salt. The journey should take around 30 minutes. Once in As-Salt, you can find taxis that will take you directly to the مطل سد الملك طلال. Make sure to confirm the taxi fare before starting your ride; it should cost around 5-10 JD depending on your negotiation skills. The taxi will drop you off at the viewpoint parking area, from where you can walk to the viewpoint.
