From the center of Azraq, start at the Azraq Castle. Head southeast towards the main road (King Abdullah II Street). Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue walking. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see a sign directing you towards the Umayyad Tower. Follow the signs; the tower is about 2 kilometers from this point. The route is mostly flat and should take around 30-40 minutes on foot.

Locate the nearest bus stop in Azraq, which is usually near the market area. Catch a bus heading towards Al Azraq al Shamali. After about 10-15 minutes, ask the bus driver to let you off at the stop for Umayyad Tower. From the bus stop, follow the signs for the tower, which is about a 10-minute walk away.
