If you are traveling by car from any location in Wadi Mujib, head south on the King’s Highway (Route 15). Continue for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Sirfa. Turn onto the road leading towards Sirfa, and follow the signs to Salt beach. The beach is located at the coordinates 31.3982295, 35.5485182, which can be entered into your GPS for precise navigation. There is no entrance fee for accessing the beach.
Public Transportation
To reach Salt beach via public transportation, first take a bus from Wadi Mujib to Madaba. Buses run frequently throughout the day and the fare is usually around 1-2 Jordanian Dinars. Once in Madaba, you will need to find a minibus or taxi heading towards Sirfa. The taxi fare to Sirfa can range from 5 to 10 Jordanian Dinars depending on negotiation. Inform the driver to drop you off at Salt beach, located at 9GXX+7C, Sirfa.
