The drive is approximately 10-15 minutes. Upon reaching the entrance, you will need to pay an entrance fee, which is around 5 JOD per person. After paying, follow the road signs leading to the Upper Trail parking area.

For those using public transportation, you can take a local bus or shared taxi from Amman to Madaba. Once in Madaba, transfer to a taxi that goes to Wadi Mujib. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Mujib Nature Reserve. The shared taxi fare from Madaba to Wadi Mujib is approximately 10 JOD. After arriving at the reserve, you'll need to pay the entrance fee of around 5 JOD per person. From the entrance, you can walk to the Upper Trail starting point, which is about a 15-minute walk along the designated paths.
