Once you arrive at the Horse Cave stop, walk east on Main Street for about 0.5 miles. Hidden River Cave & American Cave Museum will be on your left at 119 E Main St, Horse Cave, KY 42749.

If you are comfortable riding a bicycle, you can rent one from a local shop in Elizabethtown. Start by heading west on N Mulberry St, then take a left onto W Dixie Ave (US-62). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with KY-31W. Turn left onto KY-31W and follow it for approximately 10 miles until you reach Horse Cave. Once in Horse Cave, continue on Main St until you see the Hidden River Cave & American Cave Museum at 119 E Main St.

If you prefer walking, you can start from downtown Elizabethtown. Head south on S Mulberry St, then take a right onto W Dixie Ave. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with KY-31W, then turn left and follow the sidewalk along the road heading towards Horse Cave.
