From the center of Henderson, head north on Green Street toward Washington Street. Continue on Green Street for about 0.5 miles until it intersects with U.S. Route 41. Turn right onto U.S. Route 41 and walk for about 1 mile. When you reach the intersection with East Water Street, turn left. Continue walking on East Water Street until you reach the intersection with South Carolina Avenue. Turn right, then follow South Carolina Avenue until you reach South Main Street. Turn left onto South Main Street and continue walking for about 0.2 miles. You will see the MGM Grand Garden Arena on your right, located at 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd.

Start at the Henderson Transit Center located at 100 S Green St. Take the Route 10 bus heading towards the Las Vegas Strip. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and disembark at the stop near the Luxor Hotel and Casino. From there, you will have a 10-minute walk: head south on S Las Vegas Blvd for about 0.5 miles, and the MGM Grand Garden Arena will be on your left at 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd.
