Walking
If you are starting from the Kitale Town Centre, head northeast on Kenyatta Street. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the Kisumu Road. At the junction, turn right onto Kisumu Road. Walk for approximately 500 meters until you see a sign for Kitale Museum on your left. Follow the signs towards the museum. The entrance to Kitale Museum Nature Walk is located within the museum grounds.
Bicycle
From the Kitale Town Centre, rent a bicycle and ride northeast along Kenyatta Street. Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Kisumu Road junction. Turn right onto Kisumu Road and bike for approximately 500 meters. Look for the Kitale Museum signs on your left. The entrance to the nature walk is located in the museum grounds.
Public Transport (Boda Boda)
From anywhere in Kitale, you can hire a Boda Boda (motorcycle taxi) to take you to Kitale Museum. Simply tell the driver 'Kitale Museum', and they will take you directly there. The ride from the town center will take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic.
