Once you arrive in Mokowe, you can either walk (about 30 minutes) towards Waridi Beach or hire a local motorbike taxi (boda boda) to take you directly to the entrance of Waridi Beach for an additional cost of approximately 200-300 Kenyan Shillings.
Boat

If you prefer a scenic route, you can take a boat from Lamu Town to Mokowe, which offers a unique view of the coastline. Boats leave regularly from the Lamu Old Town jetty. The boat ride takes about 30 minutes and costs around 300-500 Kenyan Shillings.
