From Lamu town, head northwest towards the Lamu Fort. Continue riding along the waterfront until you reach the end of the road. Turn left onto the main road leading out of town. Follow this road for approximately 10 minutes. You will pass several local shops and homes. Look for signs pointing towards Mkomani. Once you reach Mkomani, continue straight until you see a dirt path leading to Wiyoni Beach on your right. Follow this path until you reach the beach.

Start at the Lamu Old Town and make your way to the main jetty. Look for a local boat operator offering rides to Mkomani. Negotiate a fare, usually around 200-500 KES depending on the boat and the number of passengers. The boat ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
