If you have a car, start from the center of Watamu. Head north on the main road towards the Watamu Marine National Park. As you approach the park entrance, look for the sign for Marine Park Road. Turn left onto Marine Park Road. Continue on this road for about 2 kilometers. Temple Point will be on your right-hand side, look for the resort’s sign.

Public Transportation (Matatu)
To reach Temple Point using public transport, find a matatu (shared minibus) heading towards the Watamu Marine Park. These matatus can be boarded from various points in Watamu, especially near the post office or the main market area. Inform the driver you want to get off at Marine Park Road. The ride should cost around 50-100 KES. Once you arrive at Marine Park Road, Temple Point is about a 10-minute walk down the road, located on your right.

If you are already in the vicinity of Watamu and prefer walking, head towards Marine Park Road. From the center of Watamu, walk north toward the beach, then take a left onto Marine Park Road. Continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers, and you will find Temple Point on your right. This walk will take you through some beautiful scenery, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
